You can return your purchase for refund or exchange if you find you do not like the colour. To request a refund/return please email or phone us within 7 days of receiving your goods at http://hawthornecottage@bordernet.com.au or phone 0418551081  Goods must be returned unopened, labelled and in resaleable condition.  Yarn cannot be wound into balls.

If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

You will be responsible for payment of postage for exchange of goods.
